Abstract
This article is a translation of “Kitab Ilm Muqaddam Al-Wazir Nizam Al-Mulk: A Compendium by the Grandson of Ibn Furak in Ilm Al-Kalaam La Furak” which was attributed to him by Haji Khalifa (2/1960). He mentioned that he had classified it for Minister Nizam Al-Mulk. The late Ziryab refuses to attribute such a book to him, because it is not possible that Ibn Furak wrote a book for a minister who did not open his eyes to the world until two or four years after his death. Professor Ziryab had not had a copy of this book, so he did not shed more light on it.
